Question:

I have ordered with Atlex before and have an account. Why can’t I login?

Answer:

With the introduction of our new website all passwords were reset to make sure your information stays secure. To obtain your new password simply use your e-mail address on the Forgot Password page and click submit (make sure you only click this once.) Your new password will be sent to this email address. You can change your password once you've logged into your account by clicking the 'Change Password' hyperlink under account information.

 

Question:

How are your freight charges calculated?

Answer:

Freight charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order. We use a standard UPS freight calculator on our website which adds the appropriate charges to your cart. Additionally, your freight charges are NOT marked up by percentage or by a fixed dollar amount. There are additional charges for shipments to AK, HI, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, PO boxes and Non-U.S. locations. Shipping charges to non-contiguous U.S. locations will be applied post-purchase, only after customer approval. Free shipping does not apply to printer purchases outside the contiguous United States, we must provide you with a freight quote. Questions regarding shipping or freight estimates can be directed to us at 1-800-327-2822.

Does Atlex offer bulk pricing?

Answer:

We do not offer bulk discount prices. The prices reflected on our website are already discounted, which means our customers save whether they’re purchasing bulk or only a few items. We believe in passing savings along to all of our customers.

Is Atlex a secure website?

Answer:

Yes, Atlex is indeed a secure website. We adhere to PCI compliance and use 128-bit encryption standards to ensure the information you send over our website is secure.

 

Question:

How do I track my order?

Answer:

Simply log in to your account, and select “Order History” .Tracking information will be provided as your order is processed and shipped.

 

Question:

How long will it take to receive my order?

Answer:

Customers generally receive their orders within 2-4 business days.

 

Question:

Why have I only received part of my order?

Answer:

Some order items ship separately from different warehouses to ensure a speedier delivery. In this case, items may ship individually, but you will receive tracking numbers via e-mail,if the items are split shipped. You will NOT be charged additional fees.

In other instances, an item may be backordered. In this case, one of our customer service representatives will contact you with an ETA for the item.

How can I find the specific ink cartridge for my printer?

Answer:

The easiest way to find the ink cartridges you’re looking for is by using part numbers from a previous cartridge or packaging. Select the Quick Order webpage if you know particular part numbers. You may also search for ink on the Atlex website by manufacturer.
