General Shipping Information:

One thing Atlex customers have come to love is the speedy delivery of our orders. Our distribution centers are located throughout the country and we always ship from the closest available warehouse based on your ship to address. There are additional charges for shipments to AK, HI, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO boxes and Non-U.S. locations. Shipping charges to non-contiguous U.S. locations will be applied post-purchase, only after customer approval. Free shipping does not apply to printer purchases outside the contiguous United States, we must provide you with a freight quote. Roughly 97% of orders received before 2:00 p.m. (CST) are shipped the same day. The majority of in stock (items available for shipment in our warehouse) orders shipped Ground will arrive in 2 to 4 business days. In stock orders placed after 3:00 p.m. cst will ship the following business day. Some items are stocked in limited warehouses or may ship direct from the manufacturer and will take longer to arrive.

Damaged Shipments

You may refuse damaged packages at no cost to you. Advise the UPS or FedEx driver of any obvious damage to the shipping carton. For hidden damage, please call our customer service department at 1-800-327-2822.


Sorry, we are not able to deliver to P.O. boxes. Atlex does not ship any Epson, HP, or Canon Professional Graphics products outside of the United States. Please note ground and standard air does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Some wide format papers are considered oversize and have an extra charge added for lift gate fees.
