Ordering

97% of orders received before 2:00 PM EST (except holidays, weekends) ship same day.  We accept - MasterCard  -  VISA -  Discover -  American Express - PayPal.  The total charge for any order is shown prior to you giving us your credit card information. 

Taxes

Illinois sales tax (10%) is added to orders shipped to addresses in Illinois.  Illinois customers with sales tax exemption must provide us with a completed CRT-61 Illinois Department of Revenue requires that tax exempt resellers have a history of charging and paying sales tax.  We do not collect sales taxes for other states, customer is responsible for any and all unpaid sales taxes.

Shipping - UPS (United Parcel Service) and FedEx (Federal Express)

We are now shipping from several locations around the country and most "in stock" orders shipped Ground will arrive in 2 to 4 business days. "In stock" orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST will ship the following business day.   We do not deliver to P.O. boxes and ground service does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Please note that some wide format papers are considered Oversize and have an extra charge added.  Normally a delivery is attempted 2 or 3 times before the shipment is returned to our warehouse.  You must report undelivered orders within 25 days so that we can notify the shipping company.  You may refuse damaged packages at no cost to you.  Advise the UPS or FedEx driver of any obvious damage to the shipping carton.  For hidden damage, call us at 800.327.2822

Returns - Defective Products

Defective returns are in accordance to the manufacturer's return policies.  Defective products may be returned for repair or replacement only.  Defective returns must be shipped via UPS, FedEx or sent to us prepaid and insured - no COD's or freight collect.  If returns are shipped via U.S. Mail - they must be registered return receipt and insured.  We will not accept any returns without prior approval and an RMA number

Returns - Wrong Product Ordered

Once the factory sealed box or package is opened, we can not accept a return.  If you ordered the wrong item, then you must request a return authorization within 30 days of invoice date. 

We are not liable if you order the wrong product.  Please check your printer manual to make sure the item you are ordering is correct.  Returns must be in original packaging and factory sealed.  They must be resalable.  We reserve the right to charge up to a 15% restocking charge and shipping charges on all returns.  Returns must be sent to us prepaid and insured - no COD's or freight collect.  To return a package, follow the return instructions given by the return representative. Return the package within 7 days, via prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery to us.   We cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit to our warehouse.   If returns are shipped via U.S. Mail - they must be registered return receipt and insured.  Return of defective product is according to the manufacturer's return policies.  Special order items are not returnable.  We will not accept any returns without prior approval and an RMA number.

You agree that any dispute between us will be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to its conflict of law principles.  The sole jurisdiction and venue for any legal proceeding will be the appropriate federal or state court located in Chicago, Illinois.
