Taxes Florida sales tax is added to orders shipped to addresses in Florida. Florida customers with sales tax exemption must provide us with a current copy of your license DR-13 every year. We do not collect sales taxes for other states, customer is responsible for any and all unpaid sales taxes.
Shipping - UPS (United Parcel Service) We are now shipping from several locations around the country and most "in stock" orders shipped UPS Ground will arrive in 2 to 4 business days. "In stock" orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST will ship the following business day. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes - we are not able to provide Saturday or Sunday deliveries - UPS does not pickup or deliver on many holidays, please check with UPS www.ups.com Please note that some wide format papers are considered Oversize by UPS and have an extra charge added by UPS. Normally delivery is attempted 2 or 3 times before the shipment is returned to our warehouse. You must report undelivered orders within 25 days so that we can notify the shipping company. Returns - Defective Products Defective returns are in accordance to the manufacturer's return policies. Defective products may be returned for repair or replacement only. Defective returns must be via UPS or sent to us prepaid and insured - no COD's or freight collect. If returns are shipped via U.S. Mail - they must be registered return receipt and insured. We will not accept any returns without prior approval and an RMA number
Returns - Wrong Product Ordered Once the factory sealed box or package is opened, we can not accept a return. If you ordered the wrong item, then you must request a return authorization within 30 days of invoice date. We are not liable if you order the wrong product. Please check your printer manual to make sure the item you are ordering is correct. Returns must be in original packaging and factory sealed. They must be resalable. We reserve the right to charge up to a 15% restocking charge and shipping charges on all returns. Returns must be sent to us prepaid and insured - no COD's or freight collect. To return a package, follow the return instructions given by the return representative. Return the package within 7 days, via prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery to us.
